Year Coordinators
Year Coordinators support students’ personal and social development. They provide a link between parents and school staff and assist the Heads of School (HOY’s) in monitoring students’ progress throughout their journey at Ocean Reef SHS. Students and parents are encouraged to discuss with their Year Coordinator or other members of the Student Services’ team any concerns they have which may be affecting their child’s wellbeing and learning. Support of students’ social and emotional health and wellbeing is encouraged by providing a safe and supportive environment. We actively encourage our students to follow our school’s values of ORCA (Organised, Respectful, Caring Achieving) by explicitly teaching and modelling GROW behaviours (Goals, Resilience, Optimism, Wellbeing).
